Flexible Rate :You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival or fail to show up, a fee corresponding to the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Non-refundable Rate : In case of cancellation or no-show, a fee equivalent to the total reservation amount will be charged.
Prepayment: The total amount of the reservation must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
To do so, the property will send you an email containing its bank account number and contact details.
Please note that the property does not accept payment by bank card. Payment for extras and other fees is made on site in local currency, the dirham.
